Abstract:
The world market’s developments have changed the OPEC to the undeniable necessity through the main countries which produce the gas. In this regard, the Gas OPEC establishing pattern was mentioned through the meeting of Iran’s leader with Igor Ivanove Russian Secretary of Security Council in January 30th, 1980. Iran is aware about the importance of Energy in present and future international marketing. Being in the second rank from the Gas resources after Russia and utilizing the concentrated tools monopolized to energy in the special geopolitics, and being in the energy oval from Caspian to Persian Gulf with dominant position potential and geopolitical situation in the directions of transferring energy to consuming markets have caused that Iran would have this potential to reach the goal to increase the currency revenues obtained from selling gas in medium term while Iran presents in the local and regional and also European marketing if these countries need and depend to natural gas energy

Seyyedeh Zobeydeh Falaki Koluri; Ali Raiss pour
Abstract:
The aim of this research was evaluation of individual-level factors affecting the performance of workers (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, OCB, public service motivation and ability of staff) of planning deputy of Gilan province by the descriptive method, and the head count method have been applied because of the limitation in the number of statistical society of research which was 90 individuals. Questionnaire tool and SPSS software were used for compiling and analysis of data, respectively. Descriptive statistical tables, Univariate regression statistical models and correlation matrix were used for description of variables in the individual-level factors. Findings show that between the “job satisfactions”, “Emotional commitment”, “public services motivation”, “organizational citizenship behavior” and “organizational performance” there are significant relationship.

Abstract:
Delays are an inevitable part of construction projects, and the evaluation of its effect on construction projects requires a reliable method for investigating delay causes and effects due to great complexities. In this study, we have investigated delay causes in the important projects in Mazandaran Province, prioritized factors by distributing questionnaires to construction specialists in construction projects and calculated their average weights. The effective criteria in prioritizing project elements were identified in the delays of three-factor construction projects by determining the main factors in delay. In this research, multi-criteria decision making methods of ANP & Topsis-Fuzzy were used to determine priority in project elements for creating delays in construction projects for the first time.

Abstract:
In this paper we use parametric form of fuzzy number and convert a linear fuzzy volterra integral equation that kerenel is a to two linear system of integral equation of the second kind in crisp case. We approximate the kernel of fuzzy integral equation with Taylor series and make fuzzy integral equation simpler by using some techniques that when we use differential transform method, we do not need difficult computation. Such that without this technique, solving integral equation by DTM method becomes hard. Through some examples, we have shown the application of these techniques and differential transform method. then we can use of the differential transform(DTM) method find the approximation solution of the system and hence obtain an approximation for fuzzy solution of the linear fuzzy volterra integral equations of the second kind.

Investigating the relationship between social capital and participation of students in environmental management and urban health
Authors:
Arezoo Valipur
Abstract:
Research method of descriptive survey is correlation type and is applied in terms of target. The present statistical population research have formed from high school students theoretical in Ghaemshahr . Based on the sampling table Karjessi and Morgan (1970) 384 individuals were selected as the sample. To access the sample stratified random was used sampling method. For data collection, was used a library of methods and a questionnaire. The instruments consists of two questionnaires that first questionnaire is to measure social capital and the second questionnaire, is participation of students in environmental management of urban health. Reliability was calculated by Cronbach alpha coefficient equal to 86/0 for the social capital questionnaire and 83/0 was for the questionnaire citizen participation in environmental management of urban health.

Abstract:
The main purpose of this study is to design and validate the strategic human resource management (SHRM) model in the electricity distribution industry. In this regard, first, we proposed the initial model of SHRM practices, and then validate the proposed model. To do this, the prepared questionnaire was distributed among 168 managers and informed experts selected by stratified random sampling, and initial model was proposed by analyzing data obtained from 144 eligible questionnaires using exploratory factor analysis. Results of this stage reached to a model comprised of 30 dimensions and 5 practices including employment (human resource supplement), employees' empowerment, performance management, compensation, and talent and succession planning. In the second stage, a prepared questionnaire was distributed in a sample of 180 people in order to validate the model. One hundred sixty eight questionnaires were returned and used for confirmatory factor analysis.
