Abstract:
Today, with the development of science and technology, equipment and various tools helps the criminologists, judges, lawyers and police officers and forensic science faces a huge transformation. The relationship between medical sciences, psychology, sociology, and also mathematics and informatics with science of criminology has provided a good background for the transformation of these sciences, on one hand, and detection of various crimes, on the other hand. Specially, in the matter of murder and suicide and the odd files, with respect to their sensitivity and importance, there is a need to make use of all equipment and the available knowledge to find out the truth. Accordingly, the traditional methods and evidence lawsuit on one hand, and the new technology and scientific methods, on the other hand, should be implemented to achieve the best results from the justice research.

Abstract:
Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) in the modern era is a comprehensive and suitable approach for the integration of resources and quick and easy access of managers to data released by an organization’s agents and staffs. In fact, the ERP is comprehensive software to integrate financial, administrative, and manufacturing systems that have already worked as isolated island systems. However, the high cost, time and failure rate of this project has doubled the necessity to determine the critical success factors in its implementation. Managers and staff resist against the risks of ERP implementation such as a robust dam with their knowledge of the factors and applying them and also ensure its success. This article reviews the previous research to provide a comprehensive model of critical success factors in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning based on the latest research in this field.

Abstract:
The main purpose of this study is to Analysis of the effects of applying information technology and entrepreneurial orientation on organizational performance. This study is practice in term of goal and is descriptive – survey in term of methodology. The statistical population of this study is manufacturing companies, Alborz drug, Sobhana drug and Sobhana oncology that include 848 employees. In order to determine sample size, Table used and 260 employees selected as sample members by random sampling method. The questionnaire was used to gather data.The Validity (content, convergent, divergent) and Reliability (Loadings factors, composite reliability coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient) of questionnaires showed that measurement tools have very good reliability and validity.
