The Role of Quality of Life Dimensions in Predicting Student’s Mental Health In Gulf Research Science

Abstract:
This study examined the relationship between the roles of quality of life dimensions in predicting Student’s mental health. To reach the goal of 225 students in the cluster were selected to answer the questionnaire. The research method was descriptive. Questionnaires to collect data from the World Health Organization Quality of Life and Mental Health Questionnaire 25 - SCL are used. Data from the questionnaires were analyzed using logistic regression. The results showed that quality of life is predictive of mental health.

Intercession is the highest position of the great prophet that in the day of resurrection is given fully by the Lord to Universe crownrd Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH). Originally Intercession is the second name of prayer, everyone is allowed in the court of God pray for the families and relatives and the public. The topic of Intercession started in Persian poetry from Roodaki and ended by Attar who is the last poet of Sixth century, in this study we examined the Intercession in the 3 poet's verse ,as follows: Roodaki , Ferdosi and Babataher, these poets have placed Imam Ali at the focal point of intercession. And finally, in the sixth century in the poetries of Persian poets, in the worldly meaning, intercession is healing and protection from evil and in the eternal sense is Redemption from torment , divine forgiveness and to assist in the day of Resurrection, the circle of the intercession in the poetry of the first poets is limited to Panj Tan Ale Aba.

Succession planning is perhaps one of the hottest topics today as a result of ethical issues, compensation, development and implementation. Recent research points to those who do internal succession well, with little disruption and ready change depend on their ability to execute plans (Charan & Colvin, 1999, 2001).
Henri Fayol (1841-1925), French pioneer of management history, was among the first to recognize and document the universal organizational need for succession planning (Rothwell, 2001). However, effective leaders down through the centuries have developed and implemented succession plans for their organizations. It shows that “spiritual leaders are always investing in the next generation of leaders” (Blackaby & Blackaby, 2001).

The population of the study consisted of girls and boys high school students in Falard among which 255 (female-male) were selected through stratified random sampling was used to collect data from the questionnaire. Research questionnaire is close questions to a five-point Likert-type range (very low, low, to some extent, a lot, a lot) has been prepared to determine the validity of the method depends on the final content using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was estimated 92%. Quality of life is person's ability to realize the programs or projects is intended. People, who have a high quality of life, have higher physical and mental health that increases mental health. The purpose of this study examines the role of spirituality and quality of life in forecast the mental health. The results showed that the quality of life variables is able to predict mental health at significant level of p.0.01 that's why the research hypothesis is confirmed, the correlation coefficient values (0.53) and the coefficient of determination (0.289) as well as beta 0.53 suggest.

Abstract:
Due to the importance of communication in the organization, this article examines the effect of narcissistic character of organization leaders on communications flow of the staff. The research population consists of the staff and managers of technical and vocational centers of Tehran province. The sample consists of 32 managers and 160 employees relevant to the same managers. For data collection, two researcher-made questionnaires based on research literature are used, and the Pearson correlation and linear regression tests are also applied. Spss19 software is used for data analysis. The results of this study showed that narcissism of the leader has a significant adverse impact on the communications flow in an organization.
