Abstract:
This study aims at considering factors affecing E-banking fulfilment among Saderat bank in Kermanshah city. Current study significantly seeks this Issue that five sub cunstracts of e-banking which include: communicational, financial, lawful legal, human force and software and security, affect E-banking fulfilment in Kermanshah Saderat bank branches. For testing this claim, necessary information was gatherd by the questionnaire which was adjusted based on Likert scale. The questionnaire was checked by 60 experts of Kermanshah Saderat bank chosen randomly.

Abstract:
Khalil Havi and Sohrab Sepehri, both Iraqi and Iranian poet, using the ideas suggested by its red color, the image of the world on their own. Undoubtedly, similar incidents that occurred in individual and social life of the poet, as well as their particular philosophical perspective, the underlying presence of red in her poetry, and literary life of approximately the same, they are due. This paper attempts to place red and symbolic meanings of common and different, in poetry Sohrab Sepehri and Khalil Havi examined.Red color with lyrics and Sepehri indicate is that the colors in the poetry of the poet, is a reflection of personal and social situations. Sometimes positively stated that, in The poem contains the concepts of resurrection, freshness, Construction and Sepehri poetry, the concept implies, and sometimes with it negative connotations of death, suffering and sin and Sohrab, the concept is negative them.

Study relationship between Conflict Management Styles and Marital Life Quality among Spouses, Parents of Elementary School Students of 3 District in Esfahan City

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to determine the effects of conflict management styles on the quality of the marital relationship. Descriptive research method was descriptive and correlational research design was a path analysis model. Therefore, parents, students, 464 of whom married the Isfahan region of the cluster were single step. This questionnaire marital quality and conflict management style questionnaire (ROCI), respectively. The results using Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis showed that there is a relationship between marital quality and conflict management styles (0.01> P) based on regression analysis and domineering style of conflict management to avoid negative effects on the quality of the relationship revealed but the style of cooperation, compromise and show the kind of positive relationship (0.01> P).

Abstract:
The study is done aiming to investigate the factors affecting customer loyalty of Agricultural Internet Banking. The research method used is descriptive and type survey-correlation. The study population is those customers who have an account in the bank and have used bank Internet services. Study model was evaluated with a sample consisted of 384 customers using cluster sampling method. Data necessary were collected from a questionnaire that its validity was tested. The data was analyzed in LISREL software and by applying tests of structural equation model and confirmatory factor analysis. In this study, the impact of trust, perceived value and satisfaction on customer loyalty of Internet Bank were examined.

In this study has been to examine the relationship between social capital and trust within the organization, in the staff the MELLI Bank of Kerman in 2014. The population of this study is all employees of the MELLI Bank city of Kerman, that the population of employees is 491 people. In this study, conducted by sampling using Cochran formula, that total sample size is equal to 215 persons, of the employees. The data collection tools for this study are included questionnaires, for social capital, and organizational trust, reliability and validity of the questionnaire, social capital, were calculated respectively, 0.93 and 0.94, and the validity and reliability of trust within the enterprise, were calculated respectively, 0.84 and 0.93.
